Ok I must admit at first I gave you a 6 for this shot, but I came back again and again, because something lured me to your image. Must have been the simplicity of it. As I look at this image, it has been captured quite well. The colour, composition and subject is brilliant and is definately a stock photo. I apologise for my ignorance, however I'm going now bump it to a 9. GL.

The one thing that caught my eye with your image is the fact that it's not overloaded with colour. It's plain and simple yet effective. I love the colour and the contrast between the waves at the top verses the rectangle at the bottom. Nice and pleasing to the eye. Excellent composition as well. Great job and very artistic. GL.
