Brokedown Palace by cpurserComment: I have taken many dark and moody shots like this myself because I like the lighting, and the symetry of the archways. This one is well done ... both composed and executed well. Adding the figure improves it as well. Hope it does well inthe voting. Among my top picks. |

Shattered Holiday Spiritby mocabelaComment: I think the thing that draws me to this is the colors which convey a holiday spirit and the counterpoint of the broken ornament which doesn't quite break the mood. Feels more like a New Years Eve accident than a broken Christmas spirit. Well done. Among my favorites for this challenge. |
