The busy backround didn't help your image tell this story.

Good tone and DOF. Shame you couldn't get the other end of the drip.

Definitely the oddest entry. Aere any anoles harmed in the making of this picture? PETA hit teams want to know! Great colors, good call to light from the 3/4 mark. my only setup knock is shooting on the carpet; I think putting it all on a peice of plain paper would have made this shot even more David Lynch. Nice twisted work.

I think it is a lovely image and that if you pull the yellow out then the blue of the sodium is too strong. If anything you ought to run a mask on the area in front of the buildings and lower the saturation of the colors on the snow. By lightening their intensity without shifting their color you will increase the payoff of the lights in the distance.

I like this shot, the slight blurring gives it an energy;I like the blown out face leaving only the eye, but the mottled gold backround, being in the same tonal group as the eye lessens what would be a strong effect. If it were mine I would post process the backdrop down or out. Never the less this is a strong image, and you have a lovely model to shoot at which makes it so much easier to get an arresting image. Good

Best use of color in the competion. The frame with in a frame composition and the three dominant colors of the red purple green triptyic of the color wheel create a stillness that speaks of waiting for the end of winter (or waiting for a thorough cleaning of the garage ; ).

good idea, pretty strong image, but why are you gripping the hammer backwards? It shouldn't detract from the image as much as it does (for me ) but since the image seems to be about the act of striking, why are you striking with the claw? or are you hitting youself with the hammer in your back and I'm seeing it backward. I gave it a 7 but it would have gone higher if not for this gripe.

Nice shot, I like the way the grain moves from the carpet/flooring to the felt of the hat, but how does this tie into the challenge?
