Beauty and the Beastby jrs915Comment: Just lovely. Shame about the hair or fiber in the lower right, but since that is the biggest flaw this shot has......it is so distinct from the other enrties that this ought to ribbon.9 |

The Ever-Elusive Albino Squirrelby DefyTimeComment: Ain't never seen that before. Nice focus with lovely boken. Plus marks for not sharpening to the point that the wiskers get jangly, a pet peeve of mine. |

clock museumby suemackComment: Nice composition but it looks like you slid the blue too high to get the sky right and the rest of the objects suffer for it. You have a picture of a nice sky with murky other stuff. |

Mother's Loveby shkelly587Comment: A bit low contrast, which is tough not to do when shooting into the sun, but this is the shot I tried to get (roughly) for this competion, and it is much better than anything I got. Sweet capture. |

Box Lunchesby sherComment: Interesting shot, quite evocative. great B&W conversion. composition bothers me a bit, I find it the weakest part of a fine shot. The window on the right runs parralell while the one on the left slants out of the frame silghtly and the heavy base of the sidewalk has no compensating cap to stop the eye from sliding off the top of the picture while they follow the vertical lines upward. Still, nice shot. |

Freedom of speech.by DufusComment: cutting the head off of the person front and center hurts this shot quite a bit, it is almost as if you have chosen to silence him. I don't know why the hotel in the backround took precidence over the crowd. |

A Cockatielby trainComment: one of the few borders I have ever seen that helps the shot. strong composition, the curves of the branch seem to echo the head feathers. top notch. |

Cheers!by peeteComment: the crop is a bit tight, I would like to see black at the top of the flame, and either show the reflection in all its glory or shoot it on somthing that is less reflective, as it is it just distracts from the overall composition. Great lighting on the glass while maintaining a full color spectrum on the flame, tough job to do and you did that part very well. |
