Highland Drive, Sugarhouse, SLC, Utahby JaguarComment: Mmm. I prefer this shot to the original. Your original was nice, but didn't excite me enought to leave a comment. With this post-camera skulduggery you have provoked me into leaving a comment. It conveys a very nice atmosphere. |

Top of Melbourne IIby dinnComment: A fine quality shot. Horizon nice and straight, sound exposure. Not a breathtaking photo subject-wise, but certainly one (because it is so competently executed) worth lingering for a moment over - simply to appreciate the great viewpoint the photographer has set-up for us. |

Men at Workby agwrightComment: Excellent. I suppose being a Scot, you have to be expert in making dull / grey / dull & grey look fab. Without a Porsche, "classy lady" or Hawaiian sunset, workaday scenes like this have to be really good to make viewers pause. And this one stopped me long enough to leave a comment! Gorgeously even background, too. |

Wind Surfingby agwrightComment: A totally excellent "grab-the-moment" shot. I can't say anything bad about it. Even the green trim complements the cold grey water heaps better than brighter colours would. Perfectly positioned in the frame, and even a clear face to peek at! |

The odd one outby tomlewis1980Comment: A typical training assignment at photo school - the lecturer can examine lighting, angles, the lot. This is a first-rate submission. I'd like to see the background just a micro-dab less bright, but then (after seeing the shot less bright) I might well decide that this submitted exposure level is perfect. |

Floating Aroundby GordonComment: Great angle. Fabulous colours, including the water. Could so easily have been a boring shot. But it isn't - it's excellent. |

Son's Toy and Father's Dreamby Harz_JoergComment: Like you, I am not keen on the Audi TT. I prefer Toyota Landcruisers! But your shot is excellent. If it was a dry run for your fantasy of hiring a big studio and shooting a car for real, then go for it. Beautiful lighting, good angle and the car shines in all the right places. I am sure in the big studio you'll watch out for that bit of unwanted something reflected in the car, here seen especially under the headlamp and towards the wheel arch. |

Fins by mannenComment: I am really pleased you agree the movement of the truck doesn't please as much as you'd hoped. The crisp, cold, gorgeous colours and unusual lighting really make for a stunning totally still picture. I love the mood of your shot - and I'd love it even more if the glaring truck lights weren't there. |
