Dogsby rll07Comment: Wow! This is an awesome shot. This is top quality and pitch perfect. I'm going to give you a high mark; however, you may find others will mark you down for having a horizontally cropped image instead of a vertically cropped image. IT seemed to be an issue in the last magazine challenge. |

Birder's Worldby debrownComment: I absolutely love this shot. I'm about half way through and this is my favorite so far. I love the colours. My only issue is that I can tell you've cut around the bird in a few places to blurr the background. If not, it looks like your camera may have some strange halo. You may want to try multiple layers - cutting the bird in different ways - and then having each layer have a lower opacity. It takes a bit more time, but you may find it worthwhile. Overall though, i LOVE this shot. I'm giving it a high score. |

Heightsby HRoxasComment: Really nice shot. I love the blurred jogger in behind. There aren't too many unique and original tree images in this challenge but I really like what you've done with this one. -8 |

Bueaty Cagedby littlegettComment: I love the concept here. I'm not sure if this was originally a lot bigger and you cropped a small piece of the image or not. It's a bit grainy with lots of image noise. It also somehow doesn't seem as in focus as it could be (not as sharp). I know the parallel lines are supposed to be the main subject, but I almost feel liek I want to see more detail of the deer in behind as well. You may be able to address this next time by playing around with depth of field. However, I really like that you did something unique and original. Good luck! |
