To bad this couldn't be an infinitetych. It'd still be easy to shot for.
I simply like the subject matter of yours. I think the middle panel should have the subject also looking at their device like you have the two ends.

Nothing really to say. Simple and effective. Can't rate this with my #1 only because it's boring, in a good way. This is one of those photos you'd hand in your kitchen or dining room, but doesn't ask for a conversation to be spoken about it. For that reason I knocked it down to second place in my books.

Not a fan of the heavy use of the blur brush, or whatever you actually used, but a solid image nevertheless. I think the strong second image is what really makes this composition work.

I don't know if it's the combination of the photos or the cropping, but the top insects aren't as sharp as I'd like them. The one on the left looks a little blown out on the tail and slightly out of focus.

That being said, I still find this to be the best photo in the challenge. The story is there and it's compelling. Will the frog get the meal or not?

This has to be vawendy.
Putting this higher than the rest of the dessert entries simply because someone decided centering the dessert wasn't necessary.

Not my favorite shot in terms of actual composition or execution, but I gave huge props for the idea alone. I would have liked to see a little more of the field and the players, but I'm sure you were restricted with still trying to make it look plausible for a field. Maybe a wider angle, a section for the cheering crowd, television crews, I don't know. Anyways, changing things would still have relegated you to third because I much prefer the two entries I have ranked ahead of yours.

Love the fact it's not an actual dessert, at least not in the traditional North American sense. Not really a fan of the title, but I never take points away because of that (although it may add to the score). I like the dark, somewhat grungy processing done to the cantaloupe as opposed to making it bright and cheery. This is something if there were a series of them, I could see some people hanging them in their kitchens.

I should point out I only have three entries ahead of this one.

This photo is lacking something. Maybe the other side of the door, a horse in the paddock, or rancher somewhere in there. Maybe even more of the door showing so that the hay floor stands out on the right. I would have liked to something tie the title to the photo a little tighter. That being said, I think real thought went into the setup, and it's pretty sharp, so I ranked this higher than I normally would.

In what was tantamount to a free study, many of entries seemed bereft of quality. Maybe they put no effort because of the restrictions on the camera.

Anyways, I rated this higher than I normally would because it appears real thought went into the composition and execution even though it's not normally my cup of tea in free study'esque challenges.

Left the same comment with the other #2 vote. Normally I would write something different, but both entries are really similar, thus warrant the same comment.

Ahh, the number was left there. Thought I deleted it.
