The Cobweb and the Fernby leonedavisComment: The lighting on the fern is what made this one of the top shots in this challenge for me. Judging from your score not all voters agreed with me. Possibly because your composition is a bit static, and the overall shots does not enhance the magic that the bright green fern seems to promise. |

cherubby KenComment: This deserved a much better fate than 62nd place - in my view this was the best picture in the challenge. Technically a good shot (sharp, well exposed, good composition, effective non-obstrusive background). But more than that I like the profound look the little girl has - she looks right into my soul. |
