Milkweed Bugby GolferDDSComment: Fantastic closeup of this bug . . . I doubt I would like him, but I must admire his colors and the cut and design of his outfit. And that water droplet!! |

taxi queueby TiberiusComment: Dizzying perspective and the taxis (and complete absence of other vehicles) take this up a notch. |

When the world is surprisingly beautiful by rozComment: Great and fitting title and I love the light and bokeh. Just figured out the bottom - he's singing in (or on??) the bath! I think that excuses the "cut-off" tail - bumping to an 8. |

roadside olympicby tnunComment: This is terrific. So well seen. Love the way the shapes and colors and textures fit together like so many pieces of a well-designed jigsaw puzzle. I only wish the lone stone was not cut off. |

Out at Nightby DistantColoursComment: I'm never anywhere to try long exposures like this and am always captivated by them. How perfectly you have managed to place the moon - not to suggest that you moved it, but rather to admire your persistence in looking for and finding just the right perspective. |

portaikko by primabarbaraComment: I've seen these stairs before and I am amazed every time. Sooo many shapes and lines and patterns to enjoy in this beautiful, nested piece. |

The Morning Breaksby cools98Comment: Amazing light, color, moment. I really like the minimalist subject and the way the fence crosses the frame at a diagonal. Beautiful. |

Ivory Flameby salmiakkiComment: That this is a photograph is both hard to believe and completely believable. What a beautiful dress, model, setting. It's an old Master's that I've somehow missed all these years. Some may find the face slightly over-processed - for me, it's perfection. 9+ |

Flight of Dreams by vawendyComment: My favorite and 10. The water droplets that continue the lines of the bird . . . or the curve of the bird's neck, back, legs, feet that continue the lines of the droplets . . . take this to another level entirely.
That I could use just a tad more detail on the topmost part of the wings is irrelevant. |
