Exit to the rightby tkjaerComment: Great! Who'd have thunk you could use people as part of a frame?
Not that it affects the score, but something to think about: A vertical picture of more than about 520 pixels tall won't fit many monitors. I had to scroll this picture to see all of it, meaning I don't see it as a whole. It is as if you had cropped out the sign. |

The Gateby skasubaComment: The door makes a lovely frame, and it looks like there's a great scene behind it. I'd kind of like to see the background better, but still a lovely shot. |

Between the Branchesby ChikaZAWaComment: You'd have a much stronger sense of framing if you had cropped out the top two flowers. One of them is seriously out of focus; you could cut the other just below the green center. |

Moonlight Snackby TygerrComment: Beautiful!
This is one shot that loses a lot by having to scroll through it, rather than seeing it as a whole (I don't take off points for that - it's just frustrating). That's always a tradeoff in vertical shots - a good size versus the inability of many monitors to take in the whole shot at once. |

vanessaby kiwinickComment: Nice shot, nice model. Unfortunately, I have to guess what the picture looks like as a whole, since it won't all fit on my monitor. This doesn't lower the score, but it is irritating.
I know the maximum size is 640 pixels, but in a vertical shot that means it is too big for many monitors. That's always a tradeoff in vertical shots - a good size versus the inability to take in the whole shot at once. |

Little girl in the big cityby Elvis_LComment: She's cute, but too dark and small relative to the rest of the picture. Cropping at the top of the inner (lower) curve of the arch would help. That's how I see the picture on my monitor, since it's too deep to fit in one go.
That's always a tradeoff in vertical shots - a good size versus the inability of many monitors to take in the whole shot at once, but in this case a tighter crop at the top would solve that problem and make for a better picture. |

Tripletsby sunriseComment: Beautiful, the way the flowers partially escape from the frame. |
