Bending under pressureby whallswoComment: This would be a real winner if it were not for the out-of-focus, headless figure on the bridge. Cropping almost level with the tops of the kids' heads would have solved this problem. |

Which one is heavier? by LenMComment: Is the ant really holding up the blade of grass as it appears? These truly are strong little creatures, and this is an amazing portrait of one. |

WE cAn MovE mOUntAInsby ursulaComment: The colors and shapes are interesting, but what is this a picture of? How does it relate to the title and the theme of the challenge? Viewers should not have to guess. |

Strength is in the Cardsby rudacbComment: An interesting take on the theme. Nice lighting to bring out the glass textures and the bright white of the cards. |

Mass at restby BradComment: Great feeling of the power of machinery and the texture and sheen of metals. IMHO it could have used more DOF to bring one of the other supports into focus. |

'Absolute power corrupts absolutely'by skiefComment: This is an interesting take on the theme, and a very striking photo. Nice shot. At the risk of showing an ignorance of world events I'll have to ask who is the statue? |

at restby tomzinhoComment: I like the foreground composition. The amount of space in the background, which kind of connects with a fairly large open area between the weights, pulls the eye away from the central theme. I would have cropped the picture tighter at the top. Overall, it is a good shot; nice capture of the metallic textures. |
