Shattered Dreamsby wfullerComment: At first I thought it was a cracked glass on top of bills but it just didn't look right. Then I realized everything is mirror imaged so it must be a reflection on a cracked mirror. Either way, it's a wonderful idea but I think it would have worked a bit better if everything wasn't mirrored. |

Behind the eight ballby pcodyComment: The depth of field doesn't really work for me in this image. The 8-ball is central to the concept and as such, should have been in focus. |

(Not) Move a Muscleby dinnComment: I like the depth of field in this photo. I would have prefered if the entire woman was included in the shot though. |

fahrenheit 451by thelselComment: Excellent job capturing the smoldering on the page edges. The background is a bit too white though. Maybe if you concentrated the light above the page in the foreground instead of below. That would have balanced the brightness and also avoided having the text from the back of the page from showing throught to the front. Also, a nice touch would have been to scatter a few pieces of carbonized paper scattered on the background. I do like the depth of field though. |

What color is your parachute?by chimeraComment: I assume the conversion to sepia was done to provide meaning to the question of color. If so, well done. However, the entire photo is a bit too soft and grainy and the parachute, being the main subject, should be more prominent in the photo. |

Where the Sidewalk Endsby jvanderauComment: The firehydrant definately makes this photograph. It reminds me of my younger days, there was a place in my neighborhood where a sidewalk ended much like this one does. I always thought of the book when I saw that sidewalk. |
