could've been a good entry to the Food / Recipe Challenge ! I do like the awesome Blue of the gas torch. Would be slighlty nicer to have seen the other main light source emitting from the same sort of direction as the blow torch too though.

This probably could have been a very good shot with some moody lightng but it just seems to me to be very over exposed which is washing part of your models face out. Better luck next time. 5

Great Lighting, you've nailed this one. Ive never before seen a pumpkin with so much emotion and expression accross it ! Im almost refering to it here as a person - and the way you have shot this image WOW ! If theres only one thing that spoils it a little bit for me ( which no one can fix easily ) is that the Lid ( top of the pumpkin ) dosn't quite line up to where it was before cutting it off, I know thats being pinky but... AWESOME PICTURE ! ( I dont normally tell people what I'm scoring them but this is a 10 ) ;0)

An awkward shot to shoot - having not tried to shoot anything as tall on a plate you want to zoom into a fair ammount I can't see how difficult it would have been to get a slightly over head shot whilst keeping the part of the candle burning in this picture but overall as you have it it is a brilliant presentation... Nice reds in the strawberries too - reminds me of Fresh Strawberries with fresh mint and heaped up clotted cream :0) Yummmmmmmmy

Absolutely mouth watering !!! I would personally have prefered the shot to be taken slightly elavated or have cropped off tha bottom part of the crockery, Beautiful strawberries and great colour balances - cant wait to see the recipe for this one.

Maybe a little too much clutter and no actual focal point, composition sits well together but there is too much scattering, a little off level on the shot which I imagine to be hard to correct in the way of after wards in photoshop or the like as the cup of tea/coffee would then we un-level.

Nice presentation, lovely Black Chop Sticks and crockery but I would have prefered to see more definition in the crockery by the use of perhaps a Navy Blue table cloth or something darker under the plate as it sems to merge too much , apart from that its excellent.
