Yup. Those highlights are just terrible. And when you fix them can you please get that woman some clothes, or maybe she shouldn't even be in the picture. She sure messes up that nice background and if she wasn't there, I bet you'd be able to get more details in the rest of the picture.

Commenting only. The thumbnail looked interesting. Now that it's open, I see that it's an actual candleholder and am a bit disappointed. The light was captured well. A slight curves adjustment might darken the black some, or changing the black point. It would also help with the dark noise. gl

Great composition. The dark person is contrasted from the scenic surroundings to make him the focal point. It is an interesting picture while still maintaining the challenge description. Good job. I'm just commenting on the few pictures I saw that aren't boring.

Wonderful idea with a good technique. It looks so good I'm almost hesitant to mention there could have been a wee bit more light on the stone itself. Something about the composition doesn't attract me. I will look back after the challenge to see if the model is wearing dark hose. If so, it was a brilliant idea. I'm going to have to remember this.
