The Creatorby dustin03Comment: Different, but I thought WE were the lumps of clay. I like the way it makes me think of the concept of picturing something that can't be described. The title really helps this entry. |

Dadby GinaRothfelsComment: I like the threshold effect. Something different that's not practiced much in the digital age. Works well with the light side, dark side lighting you used. |

Country Boyby dacrazyrnComment: I got to te end of the voting and noticed I hadn't given out a 10 so it's yours. I love the golden glow over everything and his concentration on whatever he is looking at. This is just a wonderful warm picture that looks completely natural. Good job. |

Our Largest Fireby RtwoComment: Nice shot. Having the big sun with no light has a strong effect on me. I like the buildings. They add some movement to the picture. Trykinn offered a suggestion that, I believe, would have brought this up from the average score it received. The noise might have been a problem with the score also. A lot of dpc'ers like a buttery smooth look. Have you tried neat image? It can be used without destroying the details if done right. On a picture like this, without small details, it is the perfect solution.
Congrats on your first entry! Good luck on your future challenges. |

Silverwareby ShelleyComment: Good job. Should have figured out the colored paper part and the mirror. This was really set up nicely. |

illuminous utensilby RoosterComment: I had to pass this by the first time because I couldn't see it. Now I do. My eyes wanted to make all the dark part into the background. Interesting. |

Bored At Work...by browntComment: Nice concept with good execution. Sorry, but the halo is just too much to be able to view this comfortably. Maybe try to reshoot it so it is as sharp as you want it to be or let her go a bit fuzzy. |

Marblesby rj324Comment: pretty colors, pretty picture. The selective focus keeps this from being boring by letting all the colors run together. Great color rendition. |
