Super choice of scene, but the foreground is just a bit too dark. There are interesting details there that should be a bit more visible. Water is great and the sky is good too. This a perfect example of a case where blending two exposures (I know, illegal for DPC) would have worked wonders.

Unbelievable how that sky is dark. Did you use an ND filter on the camera or did you apply the effect in PS?

Good shot. Would have liked to have the foreground burned some more to draw theye into the foreground abit more. Nice dark sky.
