Love the Presentby dswannComment: What I like best about this picture is the double border. One created naturally and the other added later. Makes a really cool effect. The pole of christmas lights is much more interesting to me than the actual window display, but that isn't so bad either. I just don't like the grain much. 6 |

silksby tnunComment: This picture has beautiful tones no doubt, but I am having a very hard time connecting it to the challenge. Even if you took this through a window, the picture itself is not telling me that. |

Once Upon a Timeby banmornComment: This is a gorgeous display. The subject matter is interesting, the complementary blues visually pleasing. Far and beyond for me are the snowflakes that frame the picture. This is my favorite so far in this challenge. |

Merry Christmas George W.by PetRockComment: The title made me think more than the picture did, trying to figure out the connection between it and the photo.
You certainly captured the sheer overwhelming-ness of all of the signs both in the store and on the window. Everywhere I look, signs signs signs. I would have loved to see a human element in this, just to connect further with the viewer and add some impact. A "so what?" if you will. The shopping cart tempts me in that direction, but not quite enough. |

WatchWorksby dali_lama_2kComment: If the angle of this shot could have been slightly different, I think it could have been a much more powerful shot. I feel like there really needs to be some space between the right foreground watch and the middle in focus one. If there was, there would be a nice sense of balance to the photo, as the two watches on the outsides work to frame the middle one and provide a sense of depth.
This way the middle watch just feels crowded. Just one of those images where all of the technicals are there, it just needs that small little push in composition to make it work. |

Curvesby JuliBocComment: What first struck me in this image was the complementing colors of the lamp shade and the walls. Then your title gave me further connection between the curves of each. The menorah acts as a nice random added interest. Unfortunately, it is not at all appealing to me to look out of the windows, and that goes for both the left and the right one, which makes it hard to vote this high, when the challenge meeting portion of the image is not very interesting. |

Impossible purchase by keeyewComment: This photo meets the challenge well. The boy certainly looks like he is coveting this car. I also love the complementing reds in this photograph, though obviously the store did that on purpose |

custom printingby clictacameraComment: The best thing about taking a picture of a window, what's behind it, and its reflection, is that the picture tells multiple stories in one. This bizarre effect lets the viewer dive into the photo, analyzing and observing what is going on. Unfortunately, neither of these stories are very interesting to me in this picture. |

presentby 2mccsComment: So bizarre and interesting. I was entertained for quite a while, deciding whether the girl was real or not, whether the dark shape in the reflection is you or not, whether its a nativity scene etc.
I do hate those two lights in the left corner though. They absolutely completely do not match with the rest of the 'feel' of the picture in my opinion.
Good job in telling a story...or rather, letting us invent one. |

And We All Float On.by sjhulsComment: This is beyond cute. They have truly radiant smiles! If you are the parent, I can imagine that you must love this photo. THat being said there is some obvious blurring on the bottom white sleeve and some haloing around the pink one. 7 |
