 Watches will always be pretty . . . Hand-shot, through window, Circular Polarizer, unsharp mask, enhanced sparkles, cloned out residual reflections, reduced brightness increased contrast, resized.

If the angle of this shot could have been slightly different, I think it could have been a much more powerful shot. I feel like there really needs to be some space between the right foreground watch and the middle in focus one. If there was, there would be a nice sense of balance to the photo, as the two watches on the outsides work to frame the middle one and provide a sense of depth.
This way the middle watch just feels crowded. Just one of those images where all of the technicals are there, it just needs that small little push in composition to make it work.
