Lemon Grass infused Spring Rolls by JC_HomolaComment: Looks wonderful, great colors, they really jump off of ther white plate. The only problem I see is the plate melts into the background in the right rear corner and the back edge. MAYBE a background other than white would help. |

Dessertby ewebComment: This looks really delicious and the shot is good overall, my only suggestion is that the rear part of the treat needs to have the same bright "pop" that the front part has. |

Greek salad with Avocado & Hallumi Cheeseby Apollo2077Comment: I like the colors and the composition a lot here, but I think this could use some improvement on the lighting, the Tomatoes look kind of orange and the cheese and the white part of the lemon are too bright. I can't really tell exactly how this was lit, but I think if you had broadly diffused the main source and used a bit of direct light to bring out the highlights it might help. |

Cosmopolitanby WILDBLUEComment: Love the use of reflection and transparency here. This is really a good shot. The ONLY thing I would want to see is maybe some more light on the greern bottle label in the reflection, not fully lit, but just a bit more. That would bring out the contrast between the green in the label and the red of the cosmo. Then again, you might have tried that and not liked it. Anyway, good job! |

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffinsby tfaustComment: I agree about the plastic greenery and the lighting.
I have a three light set-up that cost me about $15 total including light bulbs. You don't need to spend rock star $$ to get good results.
This setup would look good on a breakfast table using early morning or evening window light.
