I've always enjoyed how just by rotating an image (other processes too, I imagine) indentations in the sand can appear to be raised surfaces, as in this foot. I suppose it's to do with how our brains are wired/conditioned to interpret the light patterns.. |

The Keeper of the Lightby DeniseComment: Ha!, Nice shot, and great sky. We stood at that same spot on Sunday afternoon trying for a similar shot, but the sky was much less interesting and besides a second, then a third, person kept appearing! Not voting. |
