E Komo Maiby Bran-O-RamaComment: I guess there's an emphasis on that thing in the bottom left corner? But I'm not sure why.
People are going to want to see photos of beautiful beaches and shorlines, not decaying buildings (?) in the water, IMO.
Still a nice scene though. |

Through the Keyholeby DougPazComment: That's the biggest keyhole I've ever seen. Or the smalles head, whichever.
But great detail. 6. |

Four for the wallby mrorange002Comment: Awesome. Beautiful lighting and great contrast. My only complaint is the bottom/middle is a little dark. 9. |

Through the Treesby charmayneComment: What's the subject? Yeah, there's framing, but what are the trees framing?
I don't think you can really have a good photo without a subject. |

Hope........for a home!by suemackComment: Hey Sue, congrats on the placement!
I did not vote in the challange, and I don't think I would have scored your photo highly if I did. There's something about caged animals that really get me angry.
But having read more of what you're writtin, I think it's a great idea! This image certainly does send out vibes of hope, and looking at those dogs eyes really make me want to cry, and run and pick it up and take it home.
One of the most powerful photos I've seen on here. Added it to my faves, and good luck if you ever get that camaign off the ground! This photo is a great start. |

Odalisqueby JesuispeureComment: Ahck. I guess you can't click add favorite and write a comment.
Which sucks since I left you a really nice comment as I was adding this photo to my favorites last night.
Anyway, in short, just wanted to say that the soft focus here works pefectly, really set the mood.
The model post is relaxed, and the fact she's looking at the camera really for some reason just adds to the beauty of her and the photo.
And lastly, this looks like a painting. I'm not sure exactly how you got that eddect, but I really love it. Anyway gave you a 10. |
