Both the composition and the focus directed my attention toward the object supporting the bed, which is presumably not the intended focal point. Gentle backlight above and behind the kid's head would have helped this shot.

Comment:
The DoF is a little too shallow; the only items turned toward the camera are out of focus. I think that a less centered composition would have worked a little better here. The other limes surrounding the focal fruit are a nice touch.

This looks a little oversharpened. I love the leading lines and the illumination. I'd like to see a little more detail in the figure. I like the setting, but having your model so well illuminated works against the somber mood that you were aiming for.

The cows seem somewhat under-exposed. This tutorial might help you to bring out more of the detail in the foreground.

It looks like you went a little overboard on the USM; otherwise this was nicely executed.

This shot looks a little jagged, as though it was either compressed too much or over-sharpened. The composition would be stronger if the model's hand wasn't cut off by the edge of the frame.

Something about the way that your model's arms and legs are huddled so close to her body make her look a little too self-conscious. I'd prefer that she be looking at something less directly overhead, as her nostrils are rather prominent in her current position. The scene is nicely lit.

This pose reminds me of the photo on the cover of Guido Argentini's book Silvereye. Your model's pose from the waist down looks rather dynamic, while from the torso up she appears rather relaxed; I think that the composition would work better if there was a more dynamic element element in the top half of the image (e.g. a double exposure of her arms like this and with them reaching for the corners of the frame, or if her hair was being tossed by the wind). I like the tattoo on her lower back, but the ones on her legs throw off the balance somewhat.

Is that you, nico_blue? I find the necklace distracting, primarily because it's several stops brighter than anything else. The eye at the corner of the frame draws my attention and makes me wonder what's going on offscrean; in most cases this is a bad thing, but I think that it works to your advantage here. I think that the eye would have been a greater asset to this picture if the surrounding socket was visible, which would help to convey more emotional information; a stronger catchlight would have helped to.
