I like these kind of imaginative takes on challenges. Pretty clever. One complaint is what I assume is the glue holing the cards in place. The eye goes to that immediately and it distracts from the overall impact of the image.

I've noticed this in a couple of other entries - the edges seem as if the image has been over sharpened or over use of the unsharp mask. It's very noticeable with that slight halo around the edges. In this case it is very noticeable on the top card - I don't think it is color bleed. What ever it is it distracts from the overall impact of the image.

A end of game ritual in which the losers weep and the winners grin. Conceptually different from the rest of the entries. Just the right size - makes viewing easy. Nicely done.

Another clever composition. I like these simple concepts when they are properly executed - you don't have to think a lot about where the author was going. I like the background - great focus control. Nice job - a top fifteen image for sure.

There is a great story that Mark Twain told to an audience about this very circumstance. Its hilarious - I'll see if I can find it online. Anyway, I really like the over all look of this image - again, sharp focus, proper lighting sets the mood - very well done. A top ten image hopefully.
