"Down to the Waterline" — Dire Straits by PenelopeKComment: It's a good photo, and it fits the theme as it is now, but there's nothing special here. For instance, a man/woman sitting on the beach gazing into the horizon would really help. Then you would get more 6 and 7 rather than 4 and 5. |

Double Visionby posthumousComment: Interesting photo! Double Vision is represented quite well, especially from the swan to the left. The one to the right is more like an abstract, white thing floating on what apears to be water, so I think it would be enough with only the one to the left. My oppinion that is. |

Green River - Creedence Clearwater Revivalby jellybellyComment: It looks like you have tried HDR without quite making it. I might be wrong. I think this photo would be better straighten up and less coloring work. It looks like something is off, but I'm not able to point it out. Sorry. The idea is good, and it matches the title, but the photo itself is not quite where it should. |

Message in a Bottleby GeneralEComment: Out of focus/in a low depth of field area gravel mixed with sand is something I struggle with every time I bring my camera to a beach or something like that. I don't like the distorting effect it has, sorry. I also think your focus is in the bottom of the bottle, and I think it would be better if you have had the entire bottle in focus. Title is good and fits well with your photo, but I would like to see it reshot with more focus and less wet gravel. |
