Beautiful abstract which was emulated in many of the current backlighting entries. The ripple of movement makes this one different.

of the several flora abstracts in this challenge, this is my favorite. The Green color is rich and wonderful. The lines are not shown in super macro and make the image a great abstract. Well done.

title could be "Leafing It All Behind"... nice colors, love the diagonals.

without the border it would have been a 9 (with it is an 8)

The colors and lighting work well to create "mountains of green." Well done. It would be stronger for me if the composition were more diagonal and the semi-transparent border was eliminated.

Love this shot! The lines are so dramatic that I think the transparent matte actually detracts a bit. You might want to try just a plain solid matte, or, if you want to extend the image into the matte, maybe you could make it black and then overlay just the veins of the leaf without any of the green, or some variant of that idea. Regardless, beautiful image - congrats!

The best leaf shot I've seen on this site. Great color and lighting.

Nicely done, but I'd reconsider the border.
