Biography:

Oh my...writing about myself, now that is a challenge! Let's see...Im a single mom hanging out in sunny South Florida. Im interested in all sorts of things really...but since the dawn of time, Ive always been most interested in teaching myself how to do things...sometimes it pays off. I taught myself website design/development and also graphic design. Guess I didnt do too shabby since thats how I earn my living! I've been teaching myself how to do acrylic painting, charcoal drawing, I love paper crafts, things like that. My daughter gets the benefit of doing all this trial and error with me, and even though shes 9 her stuff usually ends up looking way better than mine! Self-taught Chinese...now thats hard. And yes, she knows more Chinese, Spanish & German than I do. *sigh*

Hrmm..what else? Im really curious so I tend to ask a lot of questions...I can be more irritating than a 5 y/o asking "but why?!" and I tend to live life as if Im in the middle of a movie...whether its a good moment or a bad one, Im just eager to see what lurks around the corner. Life is like that though...the only thing Ive figured out is that once youve figured it all out...everything changes!

Okay, I now that Ive sufficiently bored you...onto the subject of photography! I just like to take pictures...lots of them...everywhere I go. Im the "oooh! that looks (cool/important/interesting) let me take 100 pics of it and hope one of em turns out awesome!" sort of photographer. Still, I have a lot of fun with it...just for the sake of it seeing a moment and being able to save it and even better if other people actually like to look at it. My camera is like my lifes PrtScn button!

So what am I doing here? Well, I enjoy a challenge... Not only that, my daughter likes taking pics too, and I do see this as something we can do together and have fun doing together...cause thats how it is with anything I decide to spend time on...its got to be something I can do with her too.
