I have been dabbling with photography since I was in my teens. Way back then, cameras were big black boxes and used magic stuff called FILM. The images were placed on the film by photopixies! I've used most media from 8 x 12 plates down to C126 Cassettes. I even went through a stage of doing my own developing and printing.
Thankfully time and technology has moved on a pace and I am now the proud owner of a dSLR full to the brim with gadgetry and lots of buttons!
I just love my Nikon and I just hope that I can do it the justice it deserves. This site should help - it gets you out of the chair and into the field.
