I have a degree in Criminology and studied Parapsychology for two years. I am currently building a career as a freelance writer and hope to incorporate my photography in future years.
Having a great interest in the paranormal and the unexplained DPC has only provided me with more evidence that such things really exist.
You too will discover that:
1) You will develop your ESP skills - you will inexplicably *know* that your challenge entry will bomb *before* you enter it.
2) You will encounter things that go ‘bump in the night’. This usually happens when you find your self up all night hitting the update button, nodding off and banging your head against the screen.
3) You will encounter Unidentified Flying Objects in the ‘Rant’ section of the forums.
4) You will develop the power of invisibility as both your images and posts in the forums seem to be *cloaked* and will evade comment or response.
5) You will discover fairy tale ‘Trolls’ really do exist. That they tend to come out at night and can only count up to 1.
6) There is no number 6.
7) The power of prayer is useless when hitting the update button.
8) Bad images can be resurrected by Photoshop, but only long enough to moan ‘let me die’.
9) Spontaneous combustion can occur, but usually only affects villages. Many put these village fires down to our resident poltergeist, affectionately called Art Roflmao. Have a fire extinguisher handy just in case.
10) You will discover bizarre occult rituals involving cheese and woodies. (Woodies are the DPC version of voodoo dolls. Only those skilled in such practices should attempt this ritual)
