It really looks scary, reminds me of that infamous scene in Kubrick's Shining! Great job, especially on the face. The only part I like a bit less is the blending of the collar and tie, but it's not a huge concern.

Good idea, I would have like to see this without all of that loose long hair around. and the blending around the tie area throws me off
