If the cell phone was more prominent I would have voted this higher.
Good image, but the actual subject being cut off detracts.

| I think this would have been a better photograph without the remnants of tears. She seems more worried than hopeful to me. |

| looks lke too much of either noise reduction or neatimage. the lips now look unreal. the expression on her face is good. |
