GREAT! Love this one. The daisy really shows the difference between soft, beauty, and texture against the severity of the rusted chain. Very nice!

Congratulations on your 14th placing. This is one of those images that draws the eye with great rewards. Good work.

This one has stood out from the other ones to me the most so far. Love the white to dark contrast.

It's wonderful say's Caro,...the shades background really makes the flower stand out. Mike and Caro love the yellow that attracts the eye. Mike thinks the orange complements the flower center.

Oh, the contrasts! Soft versus hard, bright white and colors vs. very dark and blacks, smooth vs. rough, organic vs. mineral, it all combines to make for a really attractive image. Now, ... "Hope"? Without the title I could probably come up with the word "hope" as one of my first ten guesses, but then, "Hope" is a very hard concept to convert into a stand-alone image. And you've done a really great job.

I like the contrast/colours between the chain and the flower, focus is nice and sharp.

Very good, the contrast of the flower is great. Maybe if you would have cropped a little off the left and the top it could improve, I tried to hold something over those parts and I thought it improved.

The title could be much better, but I don't take off for that. I like the shot.

A wonderful contrast! Good subject matter. One of my favorites of this challenge.

i'd prefer to see a full tonal range--the petals on the daisy burned into white. A shorter exposure with more light on the chains would fix this. I'd also experiment with making this image a sepia tone or BW

This picture has to be the winner. Outstanding Composition, Exellent Exposure. Love the symbolism and contrasting elements in this photo.

Lovely photo and great contrasts. Maybe some of the top could have been cropped to slightly improve the composition.

Great texture. I like the composition but the white on the chains, at the bottom left, draws my eye away from the flower. - 9

Maybe a little bit more light on the rusted chain links so that the contradiction is more obvious? Also, this image reminds me more of "perseverance" than of "hope" per se. But then again, I guess one can't persevere if one doesn't have hope. Well, all in all, it's a nice picture.

great photo, but a complete stretch for "hope"

I hope it's just my monitor, but the dark chains are so dark I can see little detail. I think if I could see them better I could have given a higher score.

This is a fine idea. I like this, a little too dark above the daisy. Needs a little more contrast pehaps?

the chains are a bit too dark. But a lovely picture still. I really like it

The chain doesn't stand out enough I think, so without the title, it's difficult to tell what is going on here.
