No doubt a high quality photo technically, the girl is sweet and all, but this does not convey any sense of Freedom to me, I could be wrong, but maybe not.

The photography is good. The light is possibly a bit hot from camera left. I think I would like to comment on the composition for the concept. I envision a shot like this with the subject in profile looking slightly upwards towards camera right and blowing the bubble off into the unknown. A cloudy blue sky or something would have worked well for the background.
