Very good. My mark is 8. Insufficient softness: it should ehance the shadow cut on the face. Try several layers of transparent plasic - ice effect!

My eyes are tearing up... this is so moving, and so beautifully done. Nothing in this challenge has had an emotional effect on me at all, but this... woah. Congratulations on my favorite in Hope... and it's because of this photo's distinct absence of Hope. I hope everyone else sees the beauty and delicacy of this.

Pushing hope into the negative is maybe going to get some negative marks, but not from me. I like this very much

Good composition and nice lighting..I especially like the way the person is "emerging" from the shadows. Good expression from the model which fits the theme nicely.

I would have thought this was the opposite of the challenge, but the title cleared that up. Very powerful picture!

This is a little too dark. The eyes are the key, and we cant see them here.
