 Thanks to Hanae my Wife for modelling for me. My initial idea was cancelled after bad weather and general lack of right conditions so I came up with this idea and shot it in the bedroom make-shift studio.

Oh my, this is wonderfully done. The hair covering almost all the body and the head bent over makes this an impressive mood of despair and loneliness

dont care if the sheet is wrinkled... it adds to the photo. Such a moving image. I hope to see this in the top 20 :)

Beautiful. The curled toes are especially inspired. Top three for me, which means you must now carry the awful burden of an 'Order of the Thumb'. Sorry for you! But thanks for a lovely photograph.

Very very nice. Your photo evokes fear really well.I don't think there is much fear in this Poe's poem, but this feeling is very present in his overall work, so it doesn't bother me much. The lighting is excellent. The only thing I would improve is the background: the fabric wrinkles are a bit disturbing.
