 Just my little, often seriously amused, boy. I had more canonical, possibly more pleasant shots, at least in terms of post-processing and crop. But I am revising somewhat my approach to my photos and I felt like submitting something so high contrast would have been more interesting, even if ruthless obliteration of detail in both highlights and shadows will put off many people. I was also hoping to create some kind of contrast between subject and approaching man (the blotch on the right corner), but bad timing on my part and post-processing after have fused his shape with the trees.

Charming. I do mind though a little bit the washed out right side of the picture although it probably gave you the old school feeling of the dark room photos
