 Didn't think this would set any records on the popular appeal chart and it didn't. It's the type of image that pulls a sub-5 in a freeestudy, so this was doing decently. Great comments from some folks that I had hoped to hear from and a hanging in the Posthumous gallery to boot. A medium score perhaps, but this hit it's target audience, which makes it a success for me.

If anyone is curious what this is, it is peeled paint on one of the columns of this abandoned hotel:


Shooting a cylindrical object up close, in low light was why I had a bit of a DOF issue at the edges. Not enough that I noticed it at the time, and a reshoot was not possible.
