The setting for this was the Exploratorium in San Francisco. It's a cavernous space filled with science experiments that amaze everyone from the tiniest tot to the eldest indulgent grandparent. Things wobble, bounce, emit noises and everything is completely hands-on. Towards the back of the building there are a series of reflective surfaces. Tiny balls, wavy polished areas, and this space. A triangular structure faced from about 3 feet up, with, on the outside, shellacked plywood. Inside? Mirrors. Kids duck under the 3' barrier easily, elders have a bit more of a challenge. Once inside? Snap away and see if anything is useable later on. Oh yes, it was fun.

did I talk about the lighting? The walls are a dark color and the lighting, such as it is, is pooled on the experiments. Yet another challenge, which, maybe, is why this image is so dark.

Interesting angles on the mirror to capture yourself + yourself a few more times. I think you used a reverse "S" curves adjustment on this and it brought down the contrast and brightness of the shot decreasing the light on the face and making the shot kind of pale and dark overall. That is my guess anyway...

I really like this. The camera is so present, but not obtrusive. It's a bit like a get together of look-a-like camera buddies showing each other their toys.
