 I don't know what this is. I think it's a weed. If so it's a fairly nice looking one! This was at the edge of a seldom traveled dirt road.

The individual flowers are too complex and too pretty to call this a weed. I think "wildflower" fits perfectly. The splash of yellow on top almost looks like a crown.

It's pretty for a weed - couldn't it be called a wildflower instead? Interesting splash of yellow. I suppose another day and there will be yellow in all the flower centres.
