Odd. And therefore quite interesting.

One can only wonder what a door is doing in the middle of nowhere. Gorgeous composition and colors throughout the whole photograph, especially the grass/land.

Seen this somewhere before and it is as beautiful. Really my kind of picture and could happily have been shot in my part of the world. Lovely

I do like how it's balanced against the traling cloud.

Gives me a bit of a Dali-feeling. Simply love it.

Phew! A door with such nice textures and character, set in such a wonderful and incongruous setting - the possibilities are endless! I'm sure you'll use this door again and again for various challenges.

This particular shot hurts a little from the normal perspective. Probably a zoomed in shot from farther away might've enhanced the incongruity by blowing up the mountains size relative to the door. Good luck.

Now THAT is art in photography. And intriguing. Hope to see the photographers comment at rollover! It really is a clean and crisp shot without too much apparent PP. The door adds that oddity, the WTH aspect.

(OK I got it.. sjhuls) Jennifer, in both entries, this and your previous entry the door appears off horizontal to the right by a few degrees. Could be more so at the top of the door sloping down to the right than in the middle and bottom of the door. It might have parallelogrammed over time? It feels off balance.

Cool! Love the colors and the sky... and The Door.

I might have put the door on a Thirds... but... I might have ruined the charm. :D
