 I never saw gerbera daisies this color before and thought one of them in a square crop with border would be great for a challenge dedicated to Shez! Love ya, Shez!

On a sad note, this was one of the last pictures taken with my Sigma 50MM Macro lens. It jammed up on my probably due to a fall. It was the first DSLR lens I bought after the kit lens with the old Nikon D70s. I'll miss it.

BEAUTY in the EYE of the BEHOLDER.....
LOVELY FLORAL image here and I really LOVE how it FILLS the FRAME, especially a 'Sherpet style' SQUARE CROP FRAME and BORDER.
UNUSUAL COLOR - VERY DRAMATIC and BOLD with the BROWN RUSTY COLOR with GOLDEN YELLOW TIPS with a TOUCH of ORANGE.
WONDERFUL FOCUS and TEXTURES - WELL DONE - I LOVE IT.....
LOVE THIS a lot....

I'd say you nailed Sherpet's style here, with the subject, the texture, the symmetry, the square crop, and the border.

Lovely. Gerberas were amongst the first things that came to mind when I thought of Shez, (along with square crops and borders). I couldn't find any gerberas myself, unfortunately.
