 I knew I had to photograph SOMETHING on my b-day, so I thought I'd photograph me - for stripes. But I was too lazy to set up the lights (it being my birthday, after all), and this is natural light. I also wanted a bit of a blur in the clothes.

Thanks to my dear friend Dana for procuring all the stripey stuff.

Love this shot- thought I already commented, its just got a great abstracted feel, flesh plus black and white- really quite good.

Ha, ha! "wavy elegance" YES! i should have known it was you. Such wonderful movement of the body. Great ideas do not come on one's birthday BUT to you. Have more.

Looks like we are next to each other in placement again! This got an 8 from me. Thought it would pull in the 6's though. You can never tell what the mass appeal machine will like most.

I get the feeling of urgency, like she is late for a date and doesn't know which outfit to wear.
Nicely done, however the hairband is distracting, and I wish the outfit in the foreground was ironed...
