Got my new old-IR-converted D70, yay! I'm not yet happy with the results when creating false color images, so I'm sticking to B&W for now.

Today was the second day I took the kittens outside. The four boys all learned to climb trees today; Me'Shell was not so bold...this is Patches O'Houlihan.

Used this new overlay I just made starting with a vintage public domain Library of Congress image as a base.

BTW, unless I credit someone else with an overlay, it is something that I created myself.

Love the intense look of the hunter. Did you notice that he is nose to nose with some magical tree critter - a bit like a deer?

Totally adorable, to say the least.

Yummy greyscale! That kitty. I like the intensity from such a young one. What is an IR converted exactly? It was an infrared and now it's not?

I once had a Patches. She was like a little old lady that knew kung-fu. Love how they are so adventurous and always want the high ground. Beautiful.

Awww! Learning to climb trees is great. Back when I used to have cats, they never seemed to have a problem with getting up, but down was a different story. LOL!
