Nice work! Focus and dof are perfect for the mood. And it's not burnt out at all - look how carefully controlled the light end of the scale is - you can see where the bird's white head meets the hazy sky. You really have to keep exploring different subjects like this - see where they take you. We'll be waiting ;-)

Most excellent shot. My top5 fave from the challenge. I didn't vote but this quiet image speaks volumes to me. The shot looks good on my screen. No blown highlights are anything of the sort. If anything, perhaps would've liked the landline in the back to be slightly lighter in color.

????What is this doing down here???? This was one of my handful of 10's. I loved this photo - serene and tranquil is the feeling it gave me. I loved the composition of elements and the soft hues as well.
