Something about the crop or the composition is making her head look out of proportion with her body - sort of like the Queen of Hearts in Johny Depp's Alice in Wonderland.

Print it "down"... highlights on face don't have enough detail and background is too bright. Pretty face but forground "leaves" distract so crop some of them out.
