I think I know what your point is (vanishing down the drain), but I don't SEE it.

Should have flushed the toilet and caught it going down. However, good idea just doesn't give me that vanishing point.

Well - things do indeed vanish there. Seems flat amd underexposed - and really isn't exactly what the cahllenge was all about.

Pretty funny. High points for that. :)
Actually, about the photo itself, you could crop a bit closer.
Or a lot closer, just keeping the pot.
Also, maybe having the water flowing would also help by adding the swirling structure.
Great that you remembered to make it B&W.

Hahaha ! Cool idea. If you had asked someone to pee into it at the same time, you would also have gotten the paralell lines :-)

Funny - I think that more contrast would help to give more interest to the photo.

We should add toilets to the proscribed subjects list. Right after cats, flowers, and bugs. =] I don't think this will do too well, but might catch the comedy vibe. as far as the image goes, I wish there were more contrast or a higher key. Maybe a wider crop too. Good luck.

lol funny but I don't think this meets the challenge. "The vanishing point is the appearance of a point on the horizon at which parallel lines converge together." But something about the picture... It would appear the pictur eis not level and by this I mean you were probably standing on your left foot when you took the shot and not centered or level with the toilet. I like the grey scale and admire the way you got no hot spots from the shiney bowl. last but not least I would lke to offer you a job in my bathroom. Unfortunately mine is not as clean. lol

So, he left the lid up again, did he? =)

I like this and think it funny. The angle is interesting, I like the point of view from top to bottom, but the horizontal seems off. Too bad that water supply hose peeks out as well. |
