A very good effort, personally I would have liked it more if the foreground had been sharp and it was a little less exposed. Good observation and viewpoint though.

Your black and white technique is superb. I really like the "fairyland" quality. I really want to see the closest black fence pole and the closet concrete one in focus. If you didn't do it - take a tripod, stop down as far as you can, and use your DOF preview to check the near objects. It will be a great image even better.

The tilted horizon bothers me a little. Using monochrome was a good idea to keep the image from becoming too cluttered.

I like the mix between the bright contrast and the almost sepia tone. Good job getting that vanishing line also.
