 Loaded RAW in ACR, adjust some sliders, convert to greyscale, add split toning and some local burning using the adjustment brush.
Loaded into PS and ran noise reducing filter, and selective USM.

You've got great softness, but what I think this one lacks is Tonality. Everything is grey... no real highlight and shadows. The veil should make the image muted, but I think something has gone wrong with the PP.
