to bad the grass is bent across the road, somewhat distracting.

In my humble opinion, if you would have moved to the left to include more of the rode (to lead the viewer down it. . . and gotten that reed out of the way) and gotten down a little lower, you would have increased the dramatic impact of this image tremendously. I am not so sure that you need that much of the farm land on the right showing. best of luck.

Een Hollands plaatje toevallig? :-)

This photo could be improved by not cropping off the top of the tree, moving in front of that out of focus weed in the foreground (though I think if there was a bunch and not just one it could have worked), and cropping out the sign on the left which disrupts the otherwise rural feel. A nice sunset or sunrise sky would be a plus too.

That said, it's a beautiful scene. The colors are lovely, the rows of trees and the canals on either side of the road all really emphasize the vanishing point.

Good, with potential for improvement. :)

The stray head of grass is really annoying here, and surely serves no great purpose, but the thing that gets me is the lack of punch overall in the colours - just as the sky is washed out, so are the greens, becoming close to yellow in many places. The angle of shot you've chosen strikes me as odd - almost everything is in the left side of frame ... I find very little from image right that adds to the impact of this shot. Cropping out (or simply missing) the top of the nearest trees is a cardinal error, especially as there is plently of room at bottom of frame you could happily lose. It seems like a shot that is taken of a scene you know fits the challenge (and indeed, with great potential for a good photograph), but it really doesn't show much insight. That avenue of trees might make a fabulous image if you got in amongst it, and had it converging from both sides of frame, with a low evening light through them. contrast is lacking too - even sorting that out would add enormously to the impact of this shot. Sorry to be critical, but it's what I think. 4

Nice photo. Too bad part of the plant got in the shot. I think it "breaks" the road up and is distracting.

I like your photo though I find the twig and the road sign distracting

Shame about the grass just infront of the lens. Maybe moving forward just beside the sign would have given a better picture.

This a an awesome shot; I would have liked to have seen it cropped a bit differently is all.
