The reason I stopped melting the ice when I did was that the fissure you see on the top left was threatening to crack the whole composition. Many comments about taking the plastic off, though I don't see how that detracts from the photo.
What amused me though, and given, if this was a stand-alone exhibit in a gallery all comments would be spot on, was how many mentioned
the lack of visibility of the label. If you sat and scored in one sitting, did you not have it memorized? Was there really any ambiguity?
My .02
Cheers, always appreciate the input. :)

Image is overall okay. I like the idea of a frozen bottle, but I wish this wasn't as frozen as it is so that we could see a bit more detail in the bottle. I personally think the background colo is a bit too bright and contrasty as well. |

This is an awesome idea (meaning, I had a similar one). I think this image could be improved by showing the whole bottle and taking the plastic off the lid. Otherwise, I like everything else about it. |

Love the title. Howeves, how would I know this had anything to do with Absolut? The label is completely illegible. & this is my personal feeling, but I would have taken the safety wrapper off the top. Also, the crop you chose cuts off the bottom of the bottle. Cool idea... the execution? With ice as your primary subject, I would imagine some really good lighting possiblities |

Cute idea! Maybe chip away a bit of the ice so you could see the label? I would have taken the plastic off the top too. |

great Idea; perhaps the ice could be a bit less square, but the blue background works. |
