I'm not seeing any water, cloud, or tree movement that suggests this was taken on a tripod. It could have been done handheld.
good shot and even better processing. Though it probably is HDR, it is not obvious you used a tripod; depending on the light situation, this also could have been shot from the hand
Would've done well in the sepia challenge, you're probably kicking yourself. Can't see why this would need a tripod, but i suppose you've already been told that.
Obvious tripod use: Low. looks like there might be an ever so slight blur in the leaves in the upper left, but that's not enough to say that this shot required a tripod to me. I'm not saying that you didn't use one, just that the use of a tripod is far from obvious.
